As a new patient with a history of bad dentist after bad dentist,I went into my appointment fearing the worst. However, from the moment I walked into the office, I knew this visit would be different! The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I came thru the door. They were completely ready for me and had all of my paperwork ready for me to fill out and had already contacted my insurance company. I informed the receptionist of my fear and she assured me that I was in good hands. A few moments later, the dental assistant came and got me and brought me back to the chair and again made me feel like I was in good hands and calmed my fears even more. But then it was time for the dentist to come in. At this point my fears returned a little only to be put to rest immediately. Dr. Dolan explained everything he would be doing and made me feel so comfortable. The procedure was quick andcompletely painless!! When the procedure was done, my only thought was "This is the first time I have ever left the dentist without being in tears!!!" I cannot stress enough how wonderful Dr. Dolan and his entire staff was. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs dental work done!! This office gets 5 STARS from this girl!!!!

Thank you so much for doing such an excellent job on my root canal. I can honestly say you were so careful, I did not feel any pain or discomfort. I appreciate that and your friendly and caring attitude. We need more specialists like you who can take care of all the problems with our teeth and gums.
